1. Who’s who.

This website is operated by Paul Hanley, sole trader, trading as Logan Tennis Club (ABN 52 281 016 140) (“the club”, “we”).

2. Information on this site.

We work to keep this site accurate. Check availability and prices in the booking system before paying. For coaching, camps or other enquiries, call Paul on (07) 3200 5143 to confirm the details before attending.

3. Bookings and requests.

In short: courts and memberships are Tennis Australia’s checkout; coaching requests aren’t bookings until a human confirms.

Court hire and membership purchases happen on Tennis Australia’s ClubSpark platform under Tennis Australia’s terms. Coaching and program enrolments submitted on this site are requests: nothing is booked, and nothing is payable, until a person from the club confirms with you directly.

4. Cancellations, wet weather and refunds.

Coaching sessions lost to wet weather are made up within the term. Court hire bookings, payments and refunds are handled under Tennis Australia’s Book a Court terms. For camps and any other cancellation, contact us and we’ll sort it out with you directly.

5. Acceptable use.

Don’t misuse the site: no scraping personal information, no submitting forms on someone else’s behalf without their say-so, no attempting to break or overload anything.

6. Intellectual property.

Site content is the club’s (or licensed to it). Personal, non-commercial use is fine; republishing isn’t, without permission.

7. Liability — the honest version.

In short: your consumer rights survive everything on this page.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or guarantee you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Beyond what the law requires, we’re not liable for third-party services we link to (including the booking platform) behaving badly.
