1. Who we are.

This site is operated by Paul Hanley, sole trader, trading as Logan Tennis Club (ABN 52 281 016 140). For privacy questions, call Paul on (07) 3200 5143.

2. Enquiries and enrolment requests.

We collect the information you enter in our forms so the club can respond to your enquiry or discuss a suitable program. Depending on the form, this may include your name, phone number or email, interests, preferred times, playing level, message and how you heard about us. For junior coaching, the form asks for the child’s first name and age group.

Please do not include medical, injury, allergy, disability or other sensitive information in website forms. If something affects participation, call Paul to discuss it directly.

3. Bookings and payments.

Court hire and membership links take you to Tennis Australia’s ClubSpark platform. Bookings and payments there are handled under that platform’s privacy policy and terms. This website does not take card payments.

4. Children’s information and photos.

We ask for a child’s first name and age group to discuss suitable coaching. Our policy is that no identifiable child appears in a photo or video we publish without written parental consent for that child. Consent is revocable. Read our child safety policy or call Paul about an image.

5. Cookies and click counting.

No advertising pixels or third-party analytics tags are currently enabled on this website. When you follow a court booking or membership link, the website sends the page path and the type of link to its own server to count these clicks. This click counter does not set a tracking cookie.

6. Website forms and service providers.

This website is hosted on a Vultr server in Sydney, Australia. Information submitted through a website form is sent to the club website. Court bookings and memberships are handled separately through ClubSpark. For questions about access to your information or the providers involved, call Paul on (07) 3200 5143.

7. Retention and deletion.

To ask how long your information is held, or to request deletion, call Paul on (07) 3200 5143. Any request is subject to applicable legal requirements to retain information.

8. Access, correction and complaints.

Call Paul on (07) 3200 5143 to request access to your information, ask for a correction or make a privacy complaint. If you are not satisfied with the response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
